Forms Documentation

Creating Form :-

Every form is made of Tabs, Sections & Fields sthey help to Organize your form.

Place cursor on App admin and click on FORMS


After click on Forms it will navigate to Forms Page. It consists of Add, Edit, Audit Trail & Form Group Buttons.


Click on Add button, it will navigate to Form details page.


In Form details popup window user can mention Form name and user can define reference number format and click on save button.

Note : By default, few predefined keywords have been mentioned in the system like DEPT, DIV, YY, NNN…

The full forms of the keywords have been mentioned below :

DEPT - Prefix of primary department of the user who is initiating the record.
DIV - Prefix of primary division of the user who is initiating the record.
YY - Last two digits of the current year
NNN - Sequential number. It can be set as required.

Whatever separator we are giving in the Reference Number format, the same should be present in the Reference Number Separator field.


To enable calendar in the form the ‘Enable Calendar’ field need to be enabled.


Click on Save after entering the Form Details.

Tabs :-

Each Control Should drop inside the Tab Control


Drag and drop Tab Control inside the form and Tab control is displayed with Tab name along with control serial number


Click on Edit Icon against the dragged Tab Control


After clicking on edit icon, at the right-side Property section appears with Title Name along with Save and Back Button


Enter Title and Click on Save button, now entered name is replaced with Tab name
Note : At least one field should be present in the Tab to save the Tab.


If you click on “X” cancel Icon on Tab Control deletion pop-up message should displayed with validation message along with Ok and Cancel Button.


If you click on ok button in the pop-up message that Tab control should permanently delete from the form or if you click on cancel button user should navigate in same page for further configuration


Section :-

Each Control Should drop inside the Section Control


Drag and drop section Control inside the form and section control is displayed with section name along with control serial number


Click on Edit Icon against the dragged section


After clicking on edit icon, at the right-side Property section appears with Title Name along with Save and Back Button


Enter Title and Click on Save button, now entered name is replaced with section name
Note : At least one field should be present in the section to save the section.


If you click on “X” cancel Icon on section Control deletion popup message should displayed with validation message along with Ok and Cancel Button.


If you click on ok button in the popup message that section control should permanently delete from the form or if you click on cancel button user should navigate in same page for further configuration


Text Box :-

An on-screen rectangular frame into which you type text. Text boxes are used to add text. The flexibility of the text box is determined by the software. Sometimes you can keep on typing and the box expands to meet your input.

Click on Edit Icon Text box’s property Section should display at the right-side it consists of text box’s properties and along with Save and Back button


Enter title and based on requirement Select Control Size any one of them in drop-down list (large, medium, Small and X small) and click on save button these properties is reflects to the Text box control in the form level


In property section enter place holder and Select Data Type. There are 5 types of data types in property section

String : if you select data type as String, at the run time this text box accepts only String Characters it should not allow even spaces between the words also.

Integer : if you select data type as integer, at the run time text box should accept only number It should not accept negative values

Float : if you select data type as Float, at the run time text box should accept Both Combination of number and Decimals. It should not accept negative values

Text : if you select data type as Text, at the run time text box should accept Both Combination of number, Alphabets and Special Characters. It should accept negative values also

Custom : if you select data type as Custom, In Property section we have define regular expression and Error Message based on regular expression at the run time values should accept in text box field


Maximum Length : This property is used for how much length of characters should accept in text box control at run time

Minimum Length : The Minimum Length Property Limits the Number of characters that an input in text box can accept


Has Default Value:This property is to give any value during the Design time .

Duplicate Check: This Duplicate check property is in enable (check box, is check). Find the duplicates, prevent duplicates records in an application for text box control.


Show in My Task : This property is used for the controls to display in Pending action’s task grid

Show in search : This property is used for the controls to display in Application task grid for searching the records


Parent Reference:This property is used when there is an Parent Form for the Current Form,by this we can copy data from parent forms directly.


Form Template :User need to select the parent form of the current form

Field : User need to select the Field value Copied in the Text Box.

Note :Parent-Child Relationship come only when there is an Grid View Control Configured in the Form

Reference :This property is to get a values from the other records of other Form.


Fill Values From :Need to select the Record view control.

Field :Need to select the filed that need to be copied into the current Control

Validation :This property is to maintain the validations between the controls/Fields,When clicked on the Validation the following screen is popped out


Validation Types :This a drop down here,we need to select the type of Validation.


Validation Name :Here we need to enter the Validation Name.


After Adding the Validation name Click on the “Save Validation” Button,Validation will be added below


After adding the Validation,Click on the “SaveChanges” button.

Exclude From Audit:This property is enabled when the Control/Field is a customized thing and need not to record in Record Audit.


Multi Line Text Box :-

A multiline Text Box control allows users to type information into a box that supports word wrapping and vertical and horizontal scrolling. multiline text box allows you to display more than one line of text in the control

Click on Edit Icon Multiline textbox’s property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Multiline textbox’s properties and along with save and cancel button


Enter/Select required Properties and Click on Save Button in Property section. Selected properties reflect to Control at the run time

Editor :-

Editor (Text area Format) represents a multi-line block of text and is edited with a text area input field. You can use formatting languages with this text area and implement a variety of editors via Control plugins.

Editor Control Special Properties like Font Style, Font Format, Font Size, Bold, under line, Italic, text Colour and Background Colour, Insert Link, insert Image …. etc.

By using these properties, we can make the description more stylish.

Drop-down :-

A drop-down menu is horizontal list of options that each contain a vertical menu. When you roll over or click one of the primary options in a drop-down menu, a list of choices will "drop down" below the Control

Click on Edit Icon On Dropdown, Dropdown’s property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Dropdown’s properties and along with save and cancel button


Master List : In property section, we must configure master list this master list values are added in master data based on selection of master data value that values should come to selection in drop-down list


Has Default Value : If this default value is enabled, then from the selected Master list values, We can select one particular value as default while creation of the record, as shown below.


Has Field Dependency: Enable this option to conditionally display certain fields when certain values for other fields are selected in the same form. For example, you may want to show the State field when United States is selected for Country.

In property section enable “has field dependency” option, field dependency settings popup window should display

In this window, we must configure dependent fields and Check override, is visible, is enable and is Mandatory and click on save button. Has field Dependency Property Works at run time.


With override Activity : In Field dependency setting we check override activity at run time when we select a value then only that value dependent fields are displayed in same form

Without Override Activity : In Field dependency setting We not check override activity at run time it follows based on workflow permissions on that dependent controls.

Has Dependency : Display the option to conditionally display certain fields when certain values for other fields are selected in the same form. For example, you may want to show the Values in State field when United States is selected for Country.

In property section check has dependency dependent master list and Dependent field is displayed. In dependent master list, we must select dependent master data and dependent field we should select dependent control it should affect at run time

ComboBox :-

Combo box is a commonly used graphical user interface widget (or control). Traditionally, it is a combination of a drop-down and a single-line editable textbox, allowing the user to either type a value directly or select a value from the list. The term "combo box" is sometimes used to mean "drop-down list"

Click on Edit Icon On Combo box, Combo box’s property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Combo box properties and along with save and cancel button

Auto Complete :-

Auto complete, or word completion, is a feature in which an application predicts the rest of the word a user is typing. In graphical user interfaces, users can typically press the tab key to accept a suggestion or the down arrow key to accept one of several.

For example, by using the number keys. If the word that the user wants is not predicted, the writer must enter the next letter of the word. Now, the word choice(s) is altered so that the words provided begin with the same letters as those that have been selected.

Multi Select Dropdown :-

Multiselect is a user interface feature that allows the user to select more than one item in dropdown control. An items control can be anything that holds selectable items such as a dropdown list, data grid, or a custom listing or group of items.

For example, user want to select more than one option in the list.

Click on Edit Icon On multi Select Dropdown, multi Select Dropdown’s property Section should display at the right-side it consists of multi Select Dropdown properties and along with save and cancel button

Check List :-

Check List is nothing but type of check box, which we can use to check (select) Multiple values of master data, and in run time, All the Master list values will be displayed for check list control.

Click on Edit Icon On check list, Check list property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Check list properties and along with save and cancel button


View Type: The selected Master list values shall appear as per the selection of view type either Horizontal or Vertical.

Column Length: Value will be default as 1000 and it can be modified based on the requirement

Department Dependency: Through department dependency the user would be able to set the checklist points department wise.

Radio Button List :-

A radio button or option button is a graphical control element that allows the user to choose only one of a predefined set of mutually exclusive options. The singular property of a radio button makes it distinct from a checkbox, which allows more than one (or no) item to be selected and for the unselected state to be restored.

Radio buttons are arranged in groups of two or more and displayed on screen as, for example, a list of circular holes that can contain white space (for unselected) or a dot (for selected)

Quantity Picker :-

Quantity Picker is a GUI widget. This control is combination of text box and dropdown. User can able to write in text box based on that text box user can select one option in dropdown

For example, user trying to measure the weight of a bag, user can write numbers in text box and metrics can defined in dropdown

Date Picker :-

A date picker, date and time picker, or time picker is a graphical user interface widget which allows the user to select a date from a calendar and/or time from a time range. The typical practice is to provide a text box field which, when clicked upon to enter a date, pops up a calendar next to or below the field, allowing the user to populate the field with an appropriate date, or provides a text box with an icon of a calendar such that when the icon is clicked on, the calendar (or time field) appears.

Date Control Type : In this property, mainly two options users have selected one option based on requirement
a) Date
b) Date and Time

1) Date : User Can configure date in Date control type at the run time user can select only date from the date picker control

2) Date and time : user can configure data and time in date control type at the run time user can select date and along with time from date picker control


Date Type : Below Mentioned options are available in date type
1) All Dates
2) Current Date
3) Past Date
4) Future date
5) Current and past Date
6) Current and Future Date


All Dates : user can select all type dates in Date Picker Control

Current Date : User can select Only Current Date at the run time in date picker control

Past date : User Can select Only Past Date At the run time in date picker control

Future Date : User Can select Only Future Date At the run time in date picker control

Current and Past date : User Can select both current date and Past Date At the run time in date picker control

Current and Future Date : User Can select Both Current date and Future Date At the run time in date picker control

Date Format : User can able to select any one Date format from below figure based on selection it should affect at run time

Date Range Picker :-

Originally built for reporting at Improve, the Date Range Picker can be attached to any application element to pop up two calendars for selecting dates, times, or from predefined ranges like "Last 30 Days".

Date range Picker Have Date Type (There won’t be Current date) and Date Format Property Already Described in Date picker.

Check box :-

A checkbox (check box, tick box) is a GUI widget that permits the user to make a binary choice, i.e. a choice between one of two possible mutually exclusive options. For example, the user may have to answer 'yes' (checked) or 'no' (not checked) on a simple yes/no question.

Label :-

Label is a field which can display the data from either default field or through Reference from other forms. In this label values are generated by the system based on selection of the property (Is default field or Reference or Parent Reference)

Reference Number: user can Select Default field as Reference number at the run time Reference number is generated by the system in this field

Status: If User Can select Default field as Status, at the runtime workflow state name should captured by the system

Created By: if user can able to select Default field as Created by, at the runtime the User who is initiated that User’s name generated by the system

Created on: if user can select Default field as Created on, at the runtime System Current date and time generated by the system.

Division: if user can select Default field as Division, at the runtime the User ‘s Department Division generated by the system

Employee ID: if user can select Default field as Employee ID, at the runtime the User’s employee ID Should Generate and Displayed by the system.

Department: if user select Default field as Department, at the runtime the User’s Department should generated by the system in label.

Designation; if user select Default field as Designation, at the runtime the User’s Designation should displayed in the label.

Supervisor: if user can select Default field as Supervisor, at the runtime the User have any supervisor, system should generate supervisor name in label control

Email ID: if user can select Default field as Supervisor, at the runtime the User have any supervisor, system should generate supervisor name in label control

Mobile Number: if user can select Default field as Mobile Number, at the runtime the User’s mobile number Should be displayed in the label Control

Date of Joining: if user can select Default field as Date of joining, at the runtime the User’s Joining Date Should be displayed in the Label Control.

Customised Text: if user can select Default field as Customised Text, at the runtime the Custom Text given by developer Should be displayed in the Label Control.

Header :-

Header refers to supplemental data placed at the beginning of a block of data in data transmission, the data following the header are sometimes called the payload or body.

Click on Edit Icon On Header, Header Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Header properties and along with save and cancel button


User Can Enter Description for Header that Description Should Affects to header control

In Header Size Property, font sizes are listed in dropdown. Based on selection, font should get changed.

Above property (i.e., Size) is described in textbox and Dropdown

Note :-

A Note is a string of text. The note can provide an author's comments on the main text or citations of a reference work in support of the text, or both. This can be used for mentioning mandatory things in an application.

Click on Edit Icon On Note, Note Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Note properties and along with save and cancel button


In Description, User can Define a Note description, at the run time entered description should display as a note in application
Note : For whatever the controls, Exclude from Audit is there, the control audit wouldn’t appear for Record Audit.

Activity Stamp :-

Activity shall be performed by an Assigned user, who is responsible to perform the particular task. This will display the “Activity performed” by “user” on “date and time”. It will be displayed in the form as shown below.

Click on Edit Icon On Activity Stamp, Activity Stamp Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Activity Stamp properties and along with save and cancel button


In Activity Stamp user, can Enter title and Size of the Control based on selection of size Control Size should increase/Reduced
Note : For whatever the controls, Exclude from Audit is there, the control audit wouldn’t appear for Record Audit.

Line Break :-

Line break is a user interface control, by using this control user can able to drop in new line in the section

This control has no generic properties.

Image Field:-

Image field is a GUI widget used to display images in form.

Click on the edit button on Image control, System shall display the properties in the right side of Screen as shown below.


Image control has one important property named as Image source.

User can configure the image source to Design time or Run time.


Image control has few other generic properties like

Assign User :-

Assign user is a GUI Widget.Using this control user can assign a task to another user. for example, in pharmaceutical industry one record is initiated by one user that record is approved by another user that time assign user control helps to assign a task to that user

Click on Edit Icon on Assign user, assign user Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Assign user properties and along with save and cancel button


Assign user has two important properties as mentioned below
a. Get User From
b. Auto fill from parent

Get User from: User can select any one option in get user from dropdown. This dropdown values are mentioned below
a) User List
b) Next work flow users
c) Selected Roles
d) From Department Control
e) Select Dept. user from next workflow
f) Select Dept. User from selected role
g) Dept. Hierarchy users from selected roles


Next Workflow Users : If User selects, Next workflow user option, in runtime user can assign the task to users who are present in next workflow activity.

User List : If User selects, User list option, in runtime user can assign the task for users who are present in Application.

Selected Roles : If User selects, Selected Roles option, in runtime user can assign the task for users based on selected role.

From Department Control : If User selects, from department control option, in runtime user can assign the task to users who are present in Selected Department

Selected Department users from next workflow : If User selects Selected Department user option, in runtime user can assign the task to users who are present in next workflow and are from the selected department.

Selected Department users from Selected Role : If User selects Selected Department users from Selected role option, in runtime user can assign the task to users who are present in both selected roles and selected department.

Dept. Hierarchy users from selected role : If User selects Dept. Hierarchy users from selected role option, in runtime user can assign the task to users of selected roles based on their organization hierarchy structure.

Auto Fill from Parent : If the current form is child to another form then if user turns ON the auto fill from parent option then at the runtime parent user name shall get auto populated in the child form.

Multi Assign User :-

Multi Assign user is a GUI Widget.Using this control user can assign a task to multiple users at a time. For example, in pharmaceutical industry a record is initiated by one user that record is reviewed or approved by multiple other users that time assign user control helps to assign a task to that user

Multi Assign user has an important property named as Get Users from.

Get User from : User can select any one option in get user from dropdown. This dropdown values are mentioned below

c) Selected Roles
d) From Department Control

g) Dept. Hierarchy users from selected roles

Department :-

Refers to the process of grouping activities into departments. Users creates specialists who need coordination. This coordination is facilitated by grouping specialists together in departments.

Click on Edit Icon On Department, Department Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Department properties and along with save and cancel button.


Work as Division : If User checks Work as Division ON then in runtime System will keep a check that one division’s record won’t be passed on to another division.


Show Only User’s Department : If User checks Show Only User’s Department ON then in runtime System will auto populate user’s department.


Department has some generic properties like

Attachment :-

Attachment is a user Interface control where user can upload different types of documents. For example, .doc, .ppt, .png, .pdf, etc.

Click on Edit Icon on Attachment, Attachment Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Attachment properties and along with save and cancel button


In File Type property, User can define the file types which will be allowed for this field.


Following File types can be used as attachment.

In File Size property, user can define the maximum size of the attachment.


If user turns On Allow Single property, then in Run Time system will allow the user to select only one attachment.

If User turns On PDF Viewer property, then in run time user shall be able to view the attached file, but it allows only pdf files only.

Calculated Field :-

Calculated field is like a text box user can able to display calculation expressions like Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division

Drag and Drop Calculated Field in the section


Click on Edit Icon On Calculated Field, Calculated Field Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Calculated Field properties and along with save and cancel button.


Calculated Field Have Some Generic properties like
a) Show in my task
b) Show in search
c) Reference
d) Encrypt field
e) Parent Reference
f) Exclude from Audit
Above properties are described in Text box and Dropdown.

Record View :-

Record View is a user interface control which acts as a bridge between two different forms and user can display employee details or parent form details in the child form by using record view.

Click on Edit Icon On Record View, Record View Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Record View properties and along with save and cancel button


If User wants to copy values, then user can select a form by using Fill values from dropdown. This dropdown consists of below mentioned values
a) Reference form
b) Parent form
c) Master Data


Reference Form : If user selects Reference form in Fill values from dropdown then in reference form dropdown if any another form is there, it should be displayed in the dropdown. If user select reference form, then in field dropdown all controls of that reference form shall be displayed in that dropdown.


Parent Form : If child and parent relation is there between two forms then user can select parent form in Fill values from and then reference form list shall be displayed based on selection and Form control list should display in field dropdown based on the reference form selection.

Master Data : If user selects master data in Fill values from based on that employee related values shall be displayed in Admin Master and based on the Admin master selection System shall display values in Field Dropdown.


View Advanced filters is applicable only when Fill values from dropdown is set to form, using this property user can allow only some special records to be displayed for selection. After turning the property on click on the View Advanced filter Link, System shall display the following screen.

User can configure the filter using the below mentioned screen.


View grid fields property can be used to control the display of reference forms fields in run time. After turning it on click on the View grid fields link, System shall display the following screen.


Click on the fields which needs to be displayed in run time and click on Save changes button.


View Filter settings property can be used to define some filters which can be used by the user in run time.

Using Allow Child => Parent Link User can link a Parent’s grid to child form. In order to use this functionality Reference form must be set to Parent form.


In Run time, when a User creates a child form’s record it will be automatically linked to parent’s grid.

Record filter type is used to give form permission to the user.


Record View Have Some Generic properties like

View Report-View the report while in the run time of selected records.

Multi Record View :-

Multi Record View is a user interface control which acts as a bridge between two different forms and user can display multiple parent form’s details in the child form by using Multi record view.

Click on Edit Icon On Multi record view, Property Section shall be displayed at the right-side it consists of Multi Record view properties along with save and cancel button.


Click on the Add Columns button.


When user clicks on Add columns it will navigate to columns pop up window. Here user can select the child form.


After selecting a form all the field controls of that form shall be displayed in the fields section.


Select the fields form Fields section and Click on >> (Add) selected fields shall be moved to selected fields section


Click on Submit button and click on save button in property section. Selected fields shall be displayed in Multi record view control.


In the run time Click on the Add icon beside the control’s name as shown below


System shall display all the records, of the child form, which satisfy the configured conditions.


Select the records and click on the Save button. System shall display the configured field’s details in the grid as shown below.


User can navigate to those particular records by clicking on the Action buttons against them.

Multi Record View Have Some Generic properties like

Record Filter Type:Over-rides the Search of the Records during the run Time.

a) Advance search
b) Filter Settings
c) Grid Field Settings
d) View Report
e) Exclude from Audit

Table View :-

Table View is a User Interface Control by using this control user can maintain the values in the form of table for example, if any employee details are then by using this control we can Place in one control.

Click on Edit Icon On Table View, Table View Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Table View properties and along with save and cancel button


For Defining column names click on Add Grid Column option in property section


It will navigate to grid view column pop up window. here user can define Column names in text boxes


Enter column names in text box and click on submit button and click on save button in property section. Defined column names are displayed in table view grid


Drop the controls in Drop zone inside the table view.


Table View Has Some Properties like


Auto Generate Rows : Rows are auto generated when a label with master data is in a column

Allow only one row : Only one row is generated

Checklist Behaviour :

Enable Footer : Enables a footer at the end of the Table if there is an any calculation configured

Exclude From Audit : Same as mentioned in previous Controls

Grid View :-

Grid view is a user interface control by using this control user can navigate into child form through parent form by clicking Add button on this control. For example, user is adding employee details through parent form user will navigate to child form and fill all required details in child form.

Click on Edit Icon On Grid View, Grid View Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Grid View properties and along with save and cancel button


User can select the child form by using Add Column Property in property section.


When user clicks on Add columns it will navigate to columns pop up window. Here user can select the child form.


After selecting a form all the field controls of that form shall be displayed in the fields section.


Select the fields form Fields section and Click on >> (Add) selected fields shall be moved to selected fields section


Click on Submit button and click on save button in property section. Selected fields shall be displayed in grid view control.


If the user clicks on Add button System shall navigate the user to a new record of Child form.


Enter the details and Save the record, the details shall be displayed in the Parent records grid view as shown below.


Note : If the grid is being added in the first activity of any form then one dummy activity is required, to save the parent form first.

Grid View has Properties Like
a) View Report
b) Exclude from Audit
The Above Properties are same as mentioned in Table View properties

Task Grid :-

Task Grid is GUI Widget by using this control user can generate task to selected user by using work flow configurations. For example, two roles and two different forms are present in an application by using one form task can generate to another form for different user.

Click on Edit Icon On Task Grid, Task Grid Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Task Grid properties and along with save and cancel button


Above grid view configuration/Properties can repeat for Task grid control.

Department Task Grid :-

Department Task grid is a user interface control by using this control user can generate a task to department by using workflow action item. For example, user wants to generate a task to one department then child form should come to pending action to selected department.

Click on Edit Icon On Department Task Grid, Department Task Grid Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Department Task Grid properties and along with save and cancel button


Above grid view configuration can repeat for Task grid control.

Multi User Selector :-

Multi User Selector is a user interface control. This control is the combination of both task grid and Assign user controls. By using This Control User can assign task for selected users.

Click on Edit Icon On Multi User Selector, Multi User Selector Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Multi User Selector properties and along with save and cancel button


Add Column Property explained earlier in Grid View Control and Get Users from Property explained in Assign user control.

Linked Form :-

Linked form is a GUI Widget. By using this control user can link between two different forms in different application. For example, CAPA and Change Control are different applications but in Change control user can attach CAPA details by using this control.

Click on Edit Icon On Linked form, Linked form Property Section should display at the right-side it consists of Linked form properties and along with save and cancel button


In property section, Application property is a Dropdown, this control lists all the applications present in this link


Based On selection of Application Add Column Property shall display the forms and their respective field controls.

Add column property has been explained in Grid View Control

Excel Control :-

Excel control is used to represent data in excel format.

Drag and Drop the Excel control in the section


Click on the Edit button on the Excel control, System shall display the properties section on the right side of the screen.


Select a Skeleton form from the Form drop down from which all the fields need to be imported into the excel and save the record.

In the runtime system shall display all the skeleton form’s Fields in the excel format as shown below.


In excel Control -- Non mandatory fields are represented in Yellow color.
-- Mandatory fields are represented in Dark Yellow color.
-- Non editable fields are represented in Blue color.

Dynamic Task Grid :-

Dynamic task grid is used to integrate multiple dependent processes into a single flow.

Click on Edit Icon on Dynamic Task Grid, It’s Property Section shall be displayed at the right-side of the screen where Save and Cancel button shall also be displayed.


Using the Attach form Functionality we can link the child forms to this Dynamic task grid.


Define a Template Header for Column 1 in Template Header Property.


Traveler settings can be configured in the same way Record view was configured.


Edit: If User wants to change the name of the form or generate reference number for existing forms then user can click on edit icon it will navigate to edit an existing page’s details.


After Changing form name or generate reference number format Click on Save button then Changes will applicable to that form

Preview : If user wants to see look and Feel then click on Preview button, all controls should be displayed as Preview

Save : If User wants to applicable for all changes then click on save icon then only all changes and properties should applicable to the all controls.

Clone : If user wants one more form which shall be same as the existing form then click on Clone icon

Translations : user wants translate all controls and form name then click on Translate icon . It should redirect to translation page. Here user should add translation names in following grids.


By using the Duplicate check functionality present on top of the form, User can configure a combination check between two fields.


Select a field from the drop down and click on Add rule button, System shall add one more row in the filter.


Add one more rule, enter a filter name and then click on Add to container button, System save the filter as shown below.


Field settings functionality can be used to control display of fields in the Search grid. Click on the Field settings button and system shall display the Fields to show in grid pop up window as shown below.


By default, system will display the following fields in the Search grid.
-- Status
-- Created By
-- Created On
-- Record ID
-- Updated By
-- Update On
And all the other field controls which have been checked true for Show in Search shall be displayed in the fields section.

User can move a field to selected field section by simply clicking on the field name and vice versa.
